Safineh had about 40,000 hits per day in June 1999, and is rapidly positioning itself as a major ISP in Iran, posing a serious challenge to established names such as DCI or Neda Rayaneh. Safineh's customer service is also reputed to be among the best in the industry in Iran, with turn-around times of an hour or two for user problems, as late as 3:00 am!
