Virayeshgar (Vira) is a Tehran based software engineering firm (majorproducts are Persian DataEase and WordPerfect) that also has a local BBSproviding Internet email service. The BBS is served by two 33,600 baudmodems and uses UUCP twice a day to receive and transmit emails viaHOLONET in the U.S. (San Francisco bay area). Internet services began inJune 1994.
