SAF CHARTER

The information and communication revolution in the developed world at the turn of the millennium calls for a worldwide campaign to provide the youth of the developing world with the educational opportunities, particularly in information technology, enjoyed in the developed world.

This entails the mobilization and solidarity of the native people of the developed world, the expatriate communities in the metropolitan centers and the people of the developing world themselves.

SAF is a non-profit-making independent organization which aims towards such a campaign. It will collaborate with all individuals and organizations having a similar objective.
